I know it’s important to set goals, so I have started a goal sheet for each day to hit tiny goals to help me start somewhere. I’m thinking that eventually my small goals will get larger and I’ll be more confident that I can attain these goals so for now this is my plan.
For example on Friday I made a goal to drink 48 ounces of water, less than three caffeinated beverages, and to exercise once over the weekend. I achieved the water and beverage goal and still have time to exercise this evening to complete the goals. I know the goals are small, but I can’t go big or I’ll give up and I know that. So this is my plan!
