I feel like I have a handle on life for the time being. It’s going well and I’ve been noticing all of my little successes that I’ve been achieving instead of focusing on negatives.
Out of the last nine days, I’ve done Zumba six times! That’s so awesome for me.
I am continuing to track calories and trying to make a more conscious effort to stay within a healthy range. I’m trying to make small changes to equal big things, but it takes time.
It’s not all easy though, so don’t think that I have a good grasp on it. It’s just that I’m trying and nothing will change without action.
