I’m going to start a new 30-day series on things I’ve discovered while on my weight loss journey.
Today is day 27.
I’ve learned that night-time is my munching time. I just want to eat and eat and eat while sitting on the couch doing whatever (TV, internet, ect.). I’ve learned to try to snack on better options than cookies or ice cream. Fruit and SlimGenics Thermo-snacks are good options. Lately, I’ve been eating a bag of 100 calorie kettle corn and it’s super yummy and pretty filling 🙂
