I’m going to start a new 30-day series on things I’ve discovered while on my weight loss journey.
Today is day 24.
I’ve learned that if I don’t have ample time before meals or if I’m rushed, I eat crappy convenient food (aka: Fast food). It’s just easier and makes me feel less stressed, but then, I then feel like crap after. It even leads to a vicious circle of bad eating.
I’m not sure why I still eat when I KNOW how I’ll feel after. I know eating doesn’t solve anything. Then why do I do it?? Grrr…
