I’m going to start a new 30-day series on things I’ve discovered while on my weight loss journey.
Today is day 15.
Well I’m halfway through my 30-day series. What do you guys think so far?
I’ve Discovered that I tend to eat more starches than I should each day. I would have never said I ate too many starches. I’m not a huge pasta person or anything so I never thought it was a problem. Now I’m realizing that so many other foods are considered starches that I eat and that I have a few too many servings of them.
Hmm, just something I need to consider cutting back on.
