I’m going to start a new 30-day series on things I’ve discovered while on my weight loss journey.
Today is day 13.
I do, I do, I do like Greek Yogurt! At first I thought it was yuck! But now after trying multiple brands and finding just the right one then adding in frozen (or fresh) strawberries and some Truvia, it’s delicious!
It’s one of those things that I always have in my fridge. An easy, filling, low in calories, high in protein must have food!
I usually like having a protein in the morning to keep me going, I find it helps me stay fuller and focused longer, which is a great thing for a busy admin like myself!
