I’m going to start a new 30-day series on things I’ve discovered while on my weight loss journey.
Today is day 11.
So let’s see, I’ve talked about protein, water, vegetables, exercise, ect. It’s hard to pinpoint one thing each day that I’ve learned during this journey, but I do know that I’ve gained so much confidence in myself.
Learning to believe in yourself is a great thing. Something I use to say a lot was “I can’t”, I just couldn’t believe in myself and to this day I’m still amazed at how much I have accomplished, not just weight wise either.
