It’s Sunday night already, and I feel like this weekend went too fast. I feel like I didn’t think enough about my food or plan at all. I just thought about the one meal at a time and bought only enough for that. I couldn’t wrap my brain around planning ahead. I would like to do some planning soon though because I hate having to go to the grocery store every day or every other day, especially with a toddler tagging along!
Well, it took me awhile to figure out what to make for dinner for the 3 of us. I knew I was going to use chicken, but how or what I was going to do with it was up in the air. I finally decided that I wanted to try making kabobs! I’ve never made them before and it sounded yummy. So I did AND it turned out!!
I’m getting much better about cooking because usually ever Sunday night after my boyfriend’s kids went home we would go out for dinner and then get some kind of dessert (like DQ – oh how I miss that). Anyways, I’ve been cooking more and it’s been nice. I’m learning more and more each time!
I hope that going to weigh in tomorrow will make me smile. I followed the plan really well this weekend except for missing some supplements and not getting all my water in, but overall I did well.
